Trials will be held at Darling Range Sports College :

Swimming –Thursday 15 June 8:45 - 9:30
Basketball – Friday 16 June 8.

Trials for AFL, athletics, basketball, diamond sports, netball, soccer and swimming are being held Thursday 6 April 2017.

Dianella Secondary College (Mirrabooka Senior High School) ECU Pathway Scholarships
Dianella Secondary College in conjunction with ECU have launched the University Pathway Scholarship for Dianella Secondary College students. This scholarship offers support to students throughout their high school journey, from Year 7, to assist them to obtain university entrance after Year 12. It is a powerful way for Dianella Secondary College to ensure students are achieving excellent results throughout their schooling.
Who is eligible for the scholarship?
The ECU Pathway Scholarship is open to Year 6 students attending Dianella Secondary College for Year 7 in 2018. There are 15 scholarships on offer commencing in March (Term 1) 2018.
How to Apply:
- Pick up an application pack from the Reception at Dianella Secondary College or from the Reception at Sutherland Dianella PS.
- Complete the application pack, ensuring you have met the necessary requirements.
- Return the application pack to the Dianella Secondary College Reception or to your Year 6 Teacher for collection by Friday 20 October 2017.

Entry into the Academic Excellence Program is subject to a written application and testing.

The Principal and Staff invite you to attend an Information Evening.
Parents of students in Years 4, 5 and 6 are welcome to attend.
Where: John Forrest Secondary College.
Date: Wednesday 3 May 2017
Time: 6.15pm to approximately 8.00pm.
(Aim to arrive at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start.)
Venue: College Gym.

Cricket, Tennis and Netball Trials
Cricket Trials are being held at The WACA on Monday 3 April 2017 for the Department of Education approved Specialist Cricket Programs (endorsed by the WACA) at Belridge Senior High School, John Forrest Secondary College and Kent Street Senior High School. Tennis Trials are also being held for the John Forrest Specialist Tennis Program (approved by the Department of Education and endorsed by Tennis West) on Thursday 30 March 2017. (Year 5 and 6). Click HERE for the Trial Package.

SVAPA Information Night
Prospective parents of budding artists and performers will have a chance to gain some information on Mount Lawley's Specialist Visual & Performing Arts Program 14th of March 2017.
Details of course content, extra curricular and professional opportunities will be addressed, as with our structure and ethos.
Information on the application process will be discussed as well.
After the presentation you will get a chance to have a chat with the arts teachers.
It will be held at 7:00pm in the school's Tricycle Theatre and run until about 8:30pm to 9:00pm.
